Who should join
This one-day online workshop is intended for growth-minded women who want to get more influence on their own career and on the world while staying authentic.
What this workshop covers
This one-day workshop is about the strategic infinite game at the workplace, the unwritten rules of this game and players with biggest influence at the workplace.
Why it matters
Both women and men have a mix of feminine and masculine working styles and behavioural archetypes in themselves. Depending on the way we are made biologically, the way we are grown up and our work environment, we tend to dominantly use one or the other style.
When women use a more masculine style, they can get labeled as too aggressive. On the other hand, if they use a more feminine style, they can get viewed as less competent. That’s why it is important to be aware of both styles and combine them in order to get more influence on your career and on the world.
“We believe that the world would be a better place for everyone if women would have more influence on the world.” – Elisa, Mira and Monic (In Touch team)
What you’ll learn
You will learn the differences between feminine and masculine preferred working styles and how to strategically adopt both styles in order to reach their career goals, influence the decision making process in your organisation and have more fun at work. The participants will learn to recognise 11 behavioural archetypes and will get practical tips on how to influence each of them. Each participant will draw field of influence around a strategic goal, recognise what are the key players in the field of influence and make a strategy on how to influence key players to reach their goals.

Thanks for sharing your knowledge. I felt it deep. After 3 years I found that there is no growth opportunity within the company. That made me resign my job. There is also a myth that some companies follow – people are given positions and growth according to their academic degrees while the actual talent and hard work are neglected. Same happened to me, I am a non engineer yet I solely handle the tasks performed by 2 engineers, but I was always undervalued. Now I understand that I should asked for a better position and salary and that everything is negotiable. Your training made me really think more deep. Thanks.

This 2,5-hour interactive workshop is intended for anyone who wants to learn more about what exactly bias is, how it starts and how to become aware of it. The women’s network of my company organized this workshop for us. Because so many wanted to attend this masterclass, there were waiting lists. I was so happy I could join. Mira and Monic had it organized perfectly. They have a lot of knowledge and they use the most updated research of very well known Universities like Harvard and Stanford. Both of them have personal examples and lots of humor. I really enjoyed this interactive workshop. And from now on I will try to ask myself questions before I make up my opinion.

What a productive Sunday afternoon attending a virtual workshop on female leadership held by Mira Vasic from ! I loved it! Mira started the session with a teaser on a couple facts on women employment in The Netherlands.
Did you know that only 27% of dutch women work full-time? It was only in 1956 when dutch married women could start working. Really interesting!
My biggest key takeaway from the session was about different type of personas women and men show at workplaces. It’s crucial for us to recognize these styles in ourselves and our colleagues and determine which one is the best in a certain situation, even though everyone holds one most dominant style.
