VIP – Coaching program
This program is designed for ambitious women who want to develop their strategic skills, get more impact and have more fun at their jobs.
You will have your personal coach and you will share your personal experiences and cases with her. Your coach will help you develop yourself in an appreciative way.
The different topics are:
VIP – Coaching program
The purpose of this talent program is to increase women’s strategic skills. The participants learn the unwritten rules of the ‘making the career’ game. You will learn how to deal with the rules of the game and use your feminine qualities. We will discuss personal topics and challenge you to practice a lot.
VIP – Coaching program
The VIP-coaching program takes about 8 sessions, including intake, in which we will discuss all topics as mentioned before. Each session lasts about 1,5 hours.
During the program you will receive ‘homework’ to challenge you to practice your learnings. You will stay in touch with your coach from our company during the complete program. She is available for you by phone, what’s-app etc.
VIP – Coaching program
During this VIP-program you work together with one of our senior coaches. During one session we will invite a training-actor. The session about personal style we give together with Sabine Alblas of The Color Company.

You can start this program at any moment. We are flexible to fit your busy schedule!
VIP – Coaching program
The coaching can take place in Limmen, The Hague or Rotterdam. If that is too far, we can discuss other possibilities that might be more convenient. Of course we can do a few sessions online if you like. The session with the Color Company will take place in Haarlem.

The total investment for this program is € 4.950,=, excluding VAT and travel costs if the coaching does not take place online or in our mentioned locations.
This includes all other expenses like books, trainings-actor and the Color Company.
